Lee Shahan
Manager
With a successful career as Operations Manager, Lee has experience in both the non-profit and commercial sectors. He has managed multimillion-dollar businesses as well as organizing and guiding startup companies to fruition. In addition, Lee has a Master’s degree in Education and is a published author of curriculum, parenting programs, and personal growth books.
Lee has had direct involvement with home health agencies as well as autism behavior therapy centers. His passion to care for aging adults first grew from caring at home for his father who struggled with Alzheimer’s. He then provided for his mother, in his home, until she passed at the age of 94.
His family includes two married sons with four tremendous grandchildren. His oldest son left the Army, after 12 years, as Sergeant and Crew Chief and now works in Montana with an airplane firefighting squad. Lee loves cooking, gardening, quilting, and spending time with his Yorkie.

Jeffry Reni
Associate Manager
Jeffry Reni is from Tampa, Florida and currently working as the assistant manager at Elder club. He has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. He has worked in multiple different agencies including the The Hillsborough county School System, the Veterans Affairs, and North Tampa Behavioral Health. In all of these experiences, Jeffry has consistently provided quality care for his clients. Jeffrys work with multiple populations has taught him many important skills like empathy which he will utilize to ensure the best experience for all clients at the ElderClub
Outside of his professional pursuits, Jeffry enjoys hiking, spending time with his family, and volunteering for his local church. He believes in the power of education and community engagement to drive positive change and is committed to serving his clients.
